Do you allow pets?
Some cabins available may be 'pet friendly' (additional $100 security deposit required).

How do I get keys?
Contact us a week or two before arrival for lock box
codes and directions.

What do I have to do to get the whole security/cleaning
deposit back?
Leave the property in the same condition you found it,
cleaned and ready for guests. (We will clean the bathrooms
and remake the beds.)

How do I get directions to the property?
Contact us a week or two before arrival for directions
and lock box codes.

Are the houses well equipped?(Are there things
I need to pack?)
All properties are well equipped (see Standard Amenities)
and are stocked with an initial supply of paper products,
etc. Contact us if you have specific questions.

Will I need chains to get to the ski areas?
Usually not, but it depends on the weather and roads.
See Weather Info
for reports and specific area information. We suggest you carry them.

What about Snow Park Permits?
You need a Snow Park Permit (daily or annual) to park in almost any public area on the mountain including ski areas, snow play areas, etc.
(Private driveways are excluded.) Watch for Snow Plow signs in town!

Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking is not permitted inside any of
our properties.
